Supplier Standards
Private service is only as reliable as the third parties behind it.
Azari Concierge expects suppliers to be capable, lawful, clear on commercial terms, respectful of client information and able to escalate issues responsibly.

Legal and operating standing
Suppliers should maintain the registrations, permissions, insurance and professional capability required for the service they provide where applicable.
Truthful availability and pricing
A provider should not describe inventory, access, inclusions or terms in a way that creates a misleading client expectation.
Privacy and discretion
Client information should be limited to what is needed for delivery and should not be used for unrelated promotion or shared beyond the service chain without a proper basis.
Safety and welfare
Transport, accommodation, events, wellness and other services can carry different safety responsibilities. Suppliers are expected to manage the risks within their control and communicate material limitations.
Conduct
Discrimination, harassment, bribery, fraud, coercion and exploitative practices are incompatible with a trusted service relationship.
Escalation
Service failures, safety concerns, information incidents and significant disputes should be raised promptly rather than hidden until after a client complaint.
Proportionate review
The depth of due diligence should reflect the service and consequence. A routine restaurant booking is not assessed like private transport, accommodation or a high-value specialist engagement.
