Azari ConciergeMembership enquiry

Membership

A continuing service relationship, not a catalogue of privileges.

Membership gives Azari Concierge the context to coordinate repeated requests over time, while every material booking or commitment remains subject to the current brief, availability, approval and third-party terms.

Private member service and hospitality setting.
01

What membership changes

An ongoing relationship reduces repetition. Authorised preferences, recurring routes, household patterns and communication choices can be understood in advance, so the team can spend more time solving the current request.

Membership does not create guaranteed tickets, tables, aircraft, yachts, villas or other third-party inventory.

02

A current brief still matters

Dates, travellers, guest numbers, location, budget and accessibility needs can change what is suitable. Familiarity should make the service sharper, not encourage assumptions.

03

Authorised representatives

Clients may work through assistants, family-office staff or other trusted representatives. We establish who can instruct the team, approve expenditure and receive sensitive information before relying on delegated authority.

04

Supplier economics remain visible

Membership does not erase third-party prices, deposits, taxes, cancellation rules or operator conditions. Material terms should be communicated before a commitment is made.

05

Service fit before volume

A private-service relationship works best when the expected scope, communication pattern and recurring needs are understood. We assess fit rather than treating every enquiry as automatic acceptance.

06

Discretion across repeated requests

Continuity can create a richer picture of a client’s movements and preferences. That increases the importance of access control, careful sharing and avoiding unnecessary retention of personal information.

07

Enquiring about membership

Email hello@azariconcierge.com with a concise description of the recurring support you need, who will communicate with the team and any immediate priority. Do not send passports, card details or unnecessary identity documents in the first message.
