Azari ConciergeMembership enquiry

Membership Enquiries

Tell us what kind of support would actually be useful.

A membership enquiry should explain the recurring service need, the people who will interact with the team and the kind of continuity you want from Azari Concierge.

Private client service consultation.
01

A useful first note

State whether the enquiry is for an individual, family, principal, private office or company. Then identify the main recurring needs, such as travel, dining, residences, events, personal assistance or specialist coordination.

02

Keep sensitive material out of first contact

An initial enquiry does not need passports, bank information, payment credentials or full identity files. We first need to understand the service requirement and determine an appropriate next step.

03

How fit is assessed

The team may ask about expected frequency, geographies, authorised contacts, communication preferences and any recurring constraints. This helps establish whether a continuing relationship is practical.

04

No implied acceptance

A conversation, response or introductory call does not itself create a membership relationship or an obligation to fulfil a request. Scope and commercial arrangements need to be agreed separately.

05

Existing urgent request

If there is a time-sensitive need, state the deadline, location and decision required. The team can distinguish what can be explored immediately from what requires a longer onboarding process.

06

Privacy from the first message

Only information necessary to understand the enquiry should be included. If a relationship progresses, more sensitive details can be handled through a more appropriate process.
